Couple sleeping positions may sound simple, but couples often have a hard time figuring out where to start. There are thousands of possible positions to try, many of them do not work very well. Laid Over on The Knees

In addition, it puts the couples on top instead of being on the side. Twenty-four percent of all missionary cases result in multiple orgasms that cannot be obtained again.

The best couples sleeping positions are the back-to-back, spooning, and back-to-front position. With the back-to-back position, the man sits straight up with his back facing the woman.
